Everyone was so excited for Dakota to open her gifts that they didn't wait for her to unwrap them. I think at a year old she probably had more fun playing with the bags.

I know I have been such a slacker on my blog. I am now at a point where I have 2 minutes while AJ harasses Dakota and I can type a few words. We had a long road trip in December from Idaho to Colorado and then on to Tennessee. We stayed in Colorado for about a week before making the journey. We were able to move into our house a few days after we arrived. We had to wait on our moving truck to arrive. We are finally unpacked and I can feel somewhat organized again. Christmas was great and then we just had Dakota's first birthday last week. I can't believe how fast 2007 went. Hopefully, I can again be better about updating my blog and checking out all of yours.
